What time is check-in?

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. Confirmed guests receive arrival instructions through the active booking channel before their stay.

What time is checkout?

Checkout is by 10:00 AM.

How many guests can stay?

The standard sleeping setup accommodates six guests. Requests for seven or eight guests require prior written host approval and confirmed sofa-bed availability.

Are pets allowed?

Arbor Vista Retreat does not permit pets of any kind. Unauthorized pets may be required to leave the property and may result in charges permitted by the applicable reservation terms.

Service animals that qualify under applicable law are welcome. Under the ADA, Host may ask only whether the animal is required because of a disability and what work or task it has been trained to perform when the task is not obvious. Certification or documentation is not required.

Emotional support, comfort, or companion animals are not service animals under the ADA. Any rights that may apply under other federal, state, or local law remain governed by that law. Guests remain responsible for damage caused by a service animal.

How does Shagbark gate access work?

The primary driver and vehicle must be registered for resort access. For a confirmed reservation, the driver name, email, mobile number, and vehicle information may be shared with Shagbark Resort solely for gate registration.

What is the cancellation policy?

Direct booking is not currently active. For Airbnb reservations, the cancellation and refund policy displayed on Airbnb before checkout governs the reservation.

When is payment due?

This website does not collect payment. Airbnb displays and processes the applicable payment schedule during checkout.

Is there a minimum-night stay?

Minimum-stay requirements can vary by date and season. Airbnb shows the current requirement when you select your dates.

Can I change my reservation dates?

For an Airbnb reservation, submit the change request through Airbnb. Approval depends on availability and the terms attached to the reservation.

What happens during severe weather or road closures?

Weather and road conditions can change quickly in the mountains. The cancellation and refund terms shown on the booking channel at the time of reservation apply. Guests should monitor official forecasts and road information before travel.

Can I submit a direct-booking request on this site?

Not yet. The direct-booking form is intentionally disabled until secure storage, email delivery, agreement records, and private guest access are live in v4.4.

When will I receive access instructions?

Confirmed guests receive gate, address, and check-in information through the active booking channel before arrival. Private access details are never published on the public website.
