Current website state
The v4.3.3 public website is an informational property website. Direct-booking submission is disabled. The website does not currently ask for or store guest names, email addresses, phone numbers, vehicle information, payment details, or electronic signatures.
Analytics and technical information
The site contains a privacy-safe analytics placeholder, but no analytics endpoint is configured in this release. Standard hosting infrastructure may still process basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and security logs.
Airbnb and external websites
Availability and reservations currently occur on Airbnb. When you follow an external link, that service's privacy policy and terms apply.
Future direct booking and resort access
When secure direct booking launches in v4.4, the privacy notice will be updated before personal information is collected. For a confirmed future reservation, the primary driver's name, email, mobile number, and vehicle information may be shared with Shagbark Resort solely for gate registration and access.
Private access information
Door codes, gate instructions, Wi-Fi credentials, reservation details, and guest-specific information are not published on the public website.
